The Process Automation Management Consultant will help our customers accelerate their digital transformation by enabling them to rapidly automate key business processes using our unique no-code FlowForma product. The role will work closely with the customer during the initial onboarding phase, and continue to deliver value by helping them drive further adoption across the business.
This is a hands-on customer-facing role, with a strong focus on Agile Implementation techniques, best practices and continuous improvement. It requires good collaboration with other internal functions such as Product, Sales, Marketing and Support, to deliver increasing value and success for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding and enablement of new customers to FlowForma
- Deliver agreed business outcomes on time and within budget
- Drive the agile engagement with customers, prototyping the solution through to completion and go-live
- Lead and manage multiple customer engagements in parallel, providing best practice advice and guidance.
- Ensure increasing value for our customers, by continuing to support their ongoing enablement and adoption across the business.
- Proactively look for opportunities to help customers drive further adoption and to increase their ROI in FlowForma.
- Analyze process data and workflows to identify optimal business practices that drive greater efficiencies and benefits for the customer
- Work with cross-functional teams and customers to achieve an overall consensus on the best solution
- Create and maintain agreed documentation throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as required
- Provide effort estimates for delivery elements of business process improvement projects
- Support sales opportunities and associated pre-sales activities as required.
- Provide feedback to internal functions to help us continue to improve our product and services
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a software/solution Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst or similar type role, leading software projects for external Customers
- Experience with MS SharePoint, Azure SQL, BI Reports and O365
- Experience onboarding Customers to SaaS solutions an advantage
- Strong technical, documentation, reporting and presentation skills
- Experience with Project Management and Delivery methodologies
- Project lead and/or management experience a distinct advantage
- Cross-industry experience is a plus
- Experience with other Business Process Automation tools advantageous
Education:
- College graduate preferably with a qualification in business or technology
- Any formal Microsoft 365 and SharePoint certification advantageous
- Any formal Business Analysis, Project Management and Agile certifications advantageous
Knowledge Of:
- Good working knowledge with MS SharePoint, Azure SQL, and BI Reports an advantage
- Business Process Analysis, Automation and Improvement techniques an advantage
- LEAN/Six Sigma and Agile methodologies an advantage
