FlowForma provides its SureStart Onboarding Programme with each pricing tier. The goal of SureStart is to “accelerate your time-to-value” — meaning to get you up and running with digital processes quickly (first processes live in a few weeks), and ensure you can use the platform independently.

FlowForma's AI suite, which includes FlowForma Copilot, AI Agents, AI Assistants and more, is available in the FlowForma AI Suite add-on.

• This means you receive regular feature updates, bug fixes, and general technical support under a defined SLA. 

• For more advanced needs — e.g. bespoke configuration, custom development, environment support — FlowForma offers “Premium Support” or “Consultancy Days” as paid, additional services.
