Our community is truly a global one and we are grappling with the unprecedented challenge of COVID-19. We wanted to let you know that you are in our thoughts and we hope that you all remain healthy and safe as we journey through this trying period together.
In this time of great unknowns we want you to know we are here and will help in whatever way we can.
As a digital company we are fortunate enough that we can work from our homes with minimum disruption. Indeed we have always had members of staff that work from home, so for many this is not a huge change. We wanted to let you know that the FlowForma team is operating as normal, albeit it from our home offices. We’ll carry on designing new features and improving ways for you to automate your processes.
In order to better support you at this time our ‘Remote Support Team’ has set up a daily catch-up call from tomorrow March 20th at 3pm GMT/11am EST for customers needing advice or extra help.
We also thought it might be useful to share some things we are doing internally to maintain morale, momentum and focus:
- Managers are scheduling 15 min daily Microsoft Team calls with their team to agree everyone’s priorities for the day
- A company wide video tea/coffee break at 13:45 daily where we have a cup of tea and a chat (great fun and good for morale)
- A weekly 15 min KPI update with CEO per team
