In order to help us to do this, from time to time FlowForma may send you details of our products, events or content which we think may be of interest to you, by email or post. FlowForma will not share, sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may disclose your personal information to third party suppliers who provide services on our behalf. FlowForma may disclose aggregate statistical information about our website visitors in order to describe our services to prospective partners, advertisers and other reputable third parties, and for other lawful purposes, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

1. Where we sell any or all of our business and/or our assets to a third party.

Our website uses social media features such as the Add This feature, to enable you to quickly share content on social sites, if you wish. Your interaction with this feature if governed by the privacy policy of that feature.

Data Storage

Data that you provide to us via our website is processed and secured in the EU before being transmitted and stored on servers in the US.

Data provided while using services/applications/platforms is stored in the customer’s SharePoint Online service or Azure tenancy. The physical location of the data is governed under the customer’s service agreement with Microsoft. Data held at rest on the customer’s infrastructure is secured via the controls put in place by the customer according to the customer’s security policy.

Licensing and system configuration data pertaining to the services/applications/platforms supplied by FlowForma are stored on FlowForma’s cloud infrastructure located in the EU.

Data in transit between services/applications/platform components is encrypted using SSL.

FlowForma's website/services/applications/platforms, like many others, use performance cookies to store and retrieve information on your browser. Performance cookies allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors to our site and to see how visitors navigate the site. We use this information to understand how our visitors use the FlowForma website/services/applications/platforms, so that we can improve how we present our content.
