Robert Kane

Robert Kane is a Solutions Consultant at FlowForma, the AI-native, no-code process automation platform built natively for Microsoft 365. Over nearly eight years at FlowForma he has helped organisations digitalise and optimise their operations, working across solution design, implementation and adoption.

Robert works closely with clients to understand their processes and pain points, then designs and configures tailored workflows on the FlowForma platform that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and deliver measurable ROI. His work spans business process mapping, solution design, demonstrations, training and hands-on support, collaborating with sales, product and development teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Having previously worked as a Technical Consultant and a Digital Adoption Specialist at FlowForma, Robert brings deep, practical experience of what makes automation succeed in the field, particularly through onboarding and long-term adoption. He holds a First Class Honours BSc in Business Information Systems from the National College of Ireland.
