We're Hiring: Territory Manager

FlowForma is a scaling SaaS business growing at a rapid rate. And as part of this growth, we have an open vacancy for a Territory Manager to be part of our sales team. Joining our team will allow you to work with some of the largest companies in the world and shape the next generation of our product platform.

The Territory Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives and must be comfortable developing customer and prospect relationships and delivering against sales targets in a B2B software sales environment.

Business Unit: Sales
Report to: VP of Sales
Location: Ireland based

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Develop marketing-generated opportunities and convert to sales

  • Understand customer needs and requirements

  • Perform effective online demos to prospects if required

  • Align FlowForma products, use cases and solutions with customer needs

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly quotas

  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

  • Team with channel partners where appropriate to build pipeline and close deals

  • Perform compelling online demos for prospects

  • Collaborate with internal marketing, customer success, and product teams

  • Be the voice of the customer in internal discussions

Required experience & characteristics:

  • Minimum 5 years of previous relevant experience in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of software solution/product selling

  • Proven track record in software sales/ target achievement

  • Proven track record in working with channel partners

  • Experience selling products within an international context

Knowledge Of:

  • Current software solutions best practices and emerging technologies

  • Business Challenges and how software solutions can address these

  • Relevant and new IT software services and products

  • Business process management software exposure is desirable

  • B2B and SaaS experience


Other Information / Circumstances:

  • Project-driven work requirements with overtime as needed to meet deadlines

  • Flexibility in terms of business travel (Countrywide and internationally if required)
