FlowForma^®, the leading provider of Process Automation tools for Microsoft Office^® 365, are delighted to announce that our CEO, Olivia Bushe has been shortlisted for the ‘Women In Tech Excellence Awards 2022’. Olivia has been shortlisted for her contribution to the technology industry and her continued and focus on supporting businesspeople to digitize their business processes without the need for code.

With an extensive background in Marketing and Sales, Olivia is aware of the well-documented gender imbalance in IT, she previously commented: 

"It's something I see more outside of the office than in – the majority of management roles in FlowForma are occupied by women. I’m pleased to report, however, that it’s evident but never an issue. Working in a male-dominated environment is normal for me – I did a degree in Information Management Technology which intersected with engineering and coding, where the number of women participants dropped even further."
